Strawberry Whipped Cream Pie with Strawberry Lemon Sauce

Notes: This is good in the fridge for up to a week. I recommend cutting the pie into slices after chilling it in the freezer for about 30 minutes; then you can store any pieces in the freezer that won't be eaten within a week, and take pieces out to defrost as you need.
