Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

One of my favorite combos made into a cookie; these PB+J cookies fed my wild child spirit so good.

Notes:

I did adjust the recipe to once again try to avoid having too crumbly of a dough, but, even if the dough is a little crumbly, I found that it held together great after being packed into a scooper or formed by hand.

I found that the dough cracks apart a little when you press your thumb into the dough ball to make the jelly well, so I just worked gently with that process and pressed the dough back together; the cookies held up great and taste delicious.
