Mint Matcha Cookies

Below is the recipe for the cookies; if they’re reminding you of crinkle cookies, well, that was the intention, but, I found out there’s way more of a science to making them the right way- so these don’t quite pass for “crinkle cookie” status, but they are still yummy.

Another idea: add chocolate chips, and you’ll have cookies that taste like mint chip ice cream.

I love the powdered sugar more for looks than taste, but they were still yummy with the powdered sugar; again, I was actually aiming for crinkle cookies, and was playing around with some nature inspiration and snowy Evergreen trees- I know it’s summer, but this just came to me.
