Buttery Honey Sage Cookies🍯🍃

I know it’s hard to compete with pumpkin pie when it comes to Thanksgiving desserts, but, I wanted to create a cookie that fits this Holiday too.

For me, anything with sage in it makes me think Thanksgiving, so I made buttery honey sage cookies.

I didn’t grease my pan when I made these, but I did notice that with the additional honey, some of the cookies felt a little stuck on the pan when I was trying to get them off; for extra caution it wouldn’t be a bad idea to add just a little extra grease to the pan.

The honey-well is not necessary at all; I loved the extra gooey-ness with adding the honey well, but I also loved the cookies that I made without the additional honey topping; totally up to you.
