I love tempeh for it’s nutty flavor, but as always, feel free to substitute with whatever protein you fancy.

I really enjoyed this curry tempeh salad rolled up in cabbage leaves, but it’s also great to put in wraps, sandwiches, salads; for a snack, I bet this would be yummy on crackers.
